We understand that sometimes plans change or emergencies arise which means you are unable to attend an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 to 48 hours in advance.

If you leave a message after hours, the time stamp of your message will be taken into account.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. You will still be charged for the full session.
