At HACT, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalised physiotherapy services. To ensure fairness and availability for all our clients, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy outlined below.

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) without any prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

If you leave a message after hours, the time stamp of your message will be considered.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. You will still be charged for the full session.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen, but this can be approved only after a discussion with the clinician.

Why This Policy Matters

Last-minute cancellations or no-shows prevent us from offering that appointment slot to another client in need of care. This policy helps us maintain the highest level of service for all clients.
