After a car accident I was treated for whiplash at HACT. My physiotherapist Randall was very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. He explained everything in great detail as we went along and provided me with plenty of information and stretches to aid my recovery and aside from the professionalism, he was very good to talk to making a stressful situation enjoyable. Thanks Randall and thank you HACT.Posted on HamzaJanuary 6, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had experienced my first car accident and ended up with a extremely bad back, neck and shoulder blade. I was advised that l needed physio and was directed to HACT. From the very first visit i was treated with respect, warmth and kindness. My physio's name is Randall and he did an amazing job. Although, I've not fully recovered, physically or emotionally, Randall has given me plenty of exercises and techniques to continue in my recovery. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
